David Johnson is the Principal Real Estate Broker for Keller Williams Park City and the primary factor in Michael Hebert’s recent decision to leave Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and join Keller Williams Park City Real Estate.
For decades, David has been regarded as the most visible and prominent real estate attorney in the State of Utah. Among a few of his past contributions to the real estate industry in Utah include multiple terms as the Director of the Utah Division of Real Estate-Utah Department of Commerce, Utah Association of Realtors-Legal Counsel, Park City Board of Realtors-Legal Counsel, Salt Lake Board of Realtors-Legal Counsel.
He has been primarily responsible for the development of nearly all of the standardized real estate contract forms currently approved by the Utah Attorney Generals Office, the Utah Real Estate Commission, the Utah Division of Real Estate, the Utah Association of Realtors and the Park City Board of Realtors.
His most passionate professional contributions have been in the field of Realtor education as the most sought after continuing education instructor in Utah.
For over 25 years, David has been providing professional real estate advice to Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Brokerages and Realtors in both residential and commercial real estate.
In 2005, David left his full time law practice to become Principal Broker for Keller Williams Park City Real Estate.
